We do not deploy until we are certain.
Deployment
Maisontic will not activate any agent, service, or output until it has been tested, validated, and confirmed to meet the standard we have committed to. Speed is never a justification for early deployment.

Your data is yours. Permanently.
Privacy
No client data is shared, sold, aggregated, or used to train models serving other clients. This is not a setting. It is a structural guarantee built into how Maisontic operates.

We decline work we cannot do well.
Integrity
If a client's operation falls outside the scope of what Maisontic can serve with genuine quality, we will say so before any agreement is signed. A relationship built on the wrong fit is not a relationship we will enter.

Every output is reviewed before it reaches you.
Quality
No briefing, recommendation, or intelligence leaves Maisontic without passing a quality standard. Automated does not mean unreviewed. Every output has an owner.

We tell you what is wrong before you find it yourself.
Transparency
If something fails, underperforms, or does not meet the standard we set — we surface it immediately. We do not wait for clients to discover problems we already know about.

Pricing is transparent. It does not change without notice.
Commercial
The terms agreed at the start of an engagement are the terms that apply. Any change to pricing, scope, or service level will be communicated in writing, in advance, with a minimum of 30 days notice.

Security is architecture, not a feature.
Security
Guest data, financial data, and operational data are handled under the same standard we would apply to our own. Encryption, access control, and audit trails are not optional layers — they are the foundation.

We hold ourselves to a higher standard than the contract requires.
Standard
The minimum contractual obligation is the floor, not the ceiling. Maisontic operates above it — in quality, in responsiveness, and in the accuracy of every output we produce.

We are accountable when we are wrong.
Accountability
When Maisontic makes an error — in a recommendation, in a briefing, in a deployment — we acknowledge it, explain it, and correct it. Accountability is not negotiable.
